            We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other related disorders. Healing Minds LLC is a private mentoring agency that works with adults and youth who have intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disabilities. We provide one on one mentoring services at home and in the community. We use hands on experiences to help individuals become more independent. 

 

 

Qualifications

• Preferable BA in human service field (not required)

• 1-3 Years experience working with adults and/or youth with Autism or other related disabilities

• CPR and First Aid within 30 days of hiring 

 

Duties:

• Build rapport with clients

• Communicate with parents and client’s to schedule appointments

• Develop Individual Service Plans

• Maintain Therapeutic relationships and confidentiality

• Provide transportation as needed

• Use hands on methods to educate, empower, and improve social skills and to manage mental health symptoms

• Attend biweekly trainings and supervision as required
